Eastern Wisdom Program - Freedom from Anxiety and Fear
They narrow attention, tighten the body, and keep us identified with passing thoughts, imagined futures, and the need for control. Even when life appears outwardly stable, the inner world may remain unsettled.
Many seekers know how it feels to live under the pressure of fear, worry, and inner unrest. Even when life looks successful on the outside, the mind can remain tense, reactive, and uncertain.
This program is for those who are ready to look beneath the surface and meet life from a deeper center of peace and happiness present within all time.
A deeper invitation- How do you live day after day in anxiety and fear
Fear and anxiety are deeply human experiences, yet they do not define who you are.
Fear and anxiety can quietly shape the way we live, think, and respond to the world. They narrow our attention, tighten the body, and keep us identified with passing thoughts and uncertain outcomes.
This contemplative/ mindfulness Eastern Wisdom program invites you into a space of clarity, inner peace, joy, and self-discovery, where Eastern Wisdom meets practical inner transformation. Through clear understanding, reflection, contemplation, and practice, you are guided to see fear and anxiety more clearly and to discover the spacious awareness in which they arise and dissolve.
This is not simply a course in coping. It is a journey into transformation — a return to the true nature of permanent peace, happiness, love, truth and wisdom.
Why this program matters
This program offers something deeper than relief, richer than managing anxiety and fear.
Rooted in the timeless wisdom of the Upanishads, Yoga Sutra, Vedanta, and Dhammapada, it guides you into direct contemplation of the mind, the Self, and the causes of suffering. Across eight lessons, you will explore how fear arises, how anxiety is sustained, and how inner freedom becomes possible through Self-knowledge, discipline, and surrender.
This is not merely a program for managing stress. It is a path of inner inquiry, mind training, and self-discovery. Through contemplative teaching, reflection, and practice, participants learn how separation, clinging, and false identity create suffering — and how clarity, surrender, and Self- knowledge open the door to lasting peace.
Many seekers want freedom, but few are shown a path that is both spiritually deep and practically usable. This program bridges that gap. It speaks to the heart of suffering while pointing beyond suffering — toward clarity, courage, and the quiet joy of inner freedom.
Journey through Eastern Wisdom - Freedom from Anxiety and Fear
Across these eight lessons, you will:
- Explore how fear arises and how anxiety is sustained.
- Understand fear and anxiety at their roots, not just at the surface.
- Recognize the patterns that keep the mind contracted.
- Cultivate inner steadiness through contemplation and practice.
- Rest more deeply in the fearless Self.
- Live with greater peace, courage, and trust.
You will not only understand fear more deeply but also begin to relate to it differently — with greater steadiness, spaciousness, and trust.
The path of freedom is not about forcing fear away. It is about awakening to the Self that fear cannot touch.
What you will gain
By the end of the program, you may experience:
- A clearer understanding of fear and anxiety.
- Insight into the roots of suffering through Eastern wisdom.
- Practical contemplative tools and simple practices for daily life.
- A stronger connection to the fearless Self.
- Greater peace, courage, and resilience.
- Greater freedom from anxiety and fear in personal, professional, social, and family life.
- A more stable, courageous, and awakened way of living.
This is a path for seekers who long not just to feel better, but to live from a deeper truth — our Real-Self that flows with permanent happiness, love, truth and wisdom.
Curriculum overview
Each lesson is designed to bring together reflection, spiritual insight, and practical application so the result is not just understanding, but transformation.
- Fear and anxiety: understanding inner contraction: How fear and anxiety appear in the body, mind, and behavior — and how they quietly shape identity.
- Separation and duality: why fear arises from “the second”: How the sense of separation gives rise to fear, and how non-dual insight begins to loosen its grip.
- The real Self: who is actually afraid?: Direct contemplation on the witness, the Self, and what remains untouched by changing states of mind.
- Root causes of suffering: the Kleshas (afflictions): Exploring ignorance, ego, attachment, aversion, and fear of death as root patterns that sustain anxiety.
- Fear of death: clinging to life and identity: Meeting one of the deepest fears with clarity, insight, and a wider understanding of Self.
- Training the mind: practice and dispassion: Using Abhyasa (Practice) and Vairagya (Dispassion) to stabilize the mind and loosen the hold of fear.
- Gentle cognition of Real and trust: devotion to the sacred order: Discovering how genuine surrender and trust open a different relationship with uncertainty and change.

Girish Jha as an Eastern wisdom teacher, coach, and mentor offering live guidance, talks, and inner transformation work through his broader teaching platform.
Girish Jha is a teacher, coach, and mentor in Eastern wisdom whose public programs and teachings focus on practical inner transformation, mindfulness, and the movement from confusion and suffering toward clarity, freedom, and happiness. His public materials also show that he offers live online teaching, free discovery calls, and guidance for seekers through structured learning.
His teaching repeatedly points seekers toward deeper recognition: fear, anxiety, and other emotional states are experiences in the mind, but they are not the deepest truth of who we are. Across his talks, guided contemplations, and programs, he emphasizes self-discovery, discernment, and the possibility of living from a steadier center.
In this journey, Girish brings together the contemplative depth of the Upanishads, Yoga Sutra, Vedanta, and related Eastern wisdom traditions with a practical, humane, and accessible teaching style for modern life.
