Human being is seeker of happiness. Mind is caused in wrong perception, claims pleasure as happiness. Pleasure is short-lived. The search for happiness as pleasure continues in the world outside. Mind starts wandering and become impure. The impure mind results in suffering.

The second category of the seeker aspires focus, relaxation, calm, physical, mental and emotional well-being at work, and at home. They understand and give importance to well-being and work on it intellectually. They need to inner orientation of mind by learning the principles, and regular practice with customization of the practices.

The masters and texts of eastern wisdom clearly says that this category of seekers is clear about right vs. wrong perception, impure vs. pure mind, distractions dispassion. They are ready and qualified to tread the path. Still every category needs regular practice with wisdom.
